Restaurant Story

“MISSION SATO” AT RESTAURANT STORY – Angelo Sato, Head Chef of Michelin-starred Restaurant Story, is hosting “Mission Sato”, a spectacular one-off dinner, on Monday 10 August 2015. This insanely talented chef will prepare an epic 13-course tasting menu that will showcase his personal culinary style and influences from his Japanese-German background – tantalising diners for this short, but no less than spectacular event.

Born in Japan, Angelo Sato pursued his culinary career at renowned establishments such as Les Créations de Narisawa (two Michelin stars) and RyuGin (three Michelin stars) –  both in Tokyo, and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London under Clare Smyth (three Michelin stars). Angelo then worked with Adam Byatt at Trinity in Clapham, where he met Tom Sellers, before moving to New York to Eleven Madison Park (three Michelin stars). With so much talent and experience this meal at Restaurant Story is one never to be forgotten.
